The IAOSH-UK Invigilation system is used to provide proctoring services for any of our IAOSH-UK Authorised Training Providers, IAOSH-UK Members, and any service provider needing a qualified and unbiased team to monitor examinations and prevent cheating.

 

IAOSH-UK Invigilation offers a robust, impartial system for monitoring students’ exams, by being a focal point for the candidates’ exam day. IAOSH-UK Invigilators oversee the examination’s administrative tasks, welcome, greet, and monitor the candidates throughout the exam day. IAOSH-UK Invigilators also respect your instructions policies and coordinates with it to ensure an optimal exam atmosphere.

 

IAOSH-UK is able to proctor both Paper-Based and Remote Based Examinations:

-          Paper Based Invigilation Services:

IAOSH-UK follows a simple yet concrete process of verifying the student’s information during the registration process while verifying the candidates’ identity. The student’s exam version is then provided to the candidate while assisting the candidate in any extra writing materials needed to solve the exam, and monitoring all candidates in the approved examinated hall to assure the examination process runs smoothly without any complaints or potential cheating cases.

 

-          Remote-Based Invigilation Services:

With remote online proctored tests, your organisation can conduct assessments from any location in the globe. A proctor, a one-to-one virtual invigilator, is assigned to each of your candidates if you choose our human supervision option. The proctor stays with the candidates during the exam. Our proctors are adept at maintaining the integrity of the exam while ensuring no disruption to the candidate upon taking their exam.

 

-          Digital Exam Invigilation Services:

Digital Examination is becoming a popular way to provide assessments, and invigilators must possess a specific set of abilities. In order to make the procedure as easy and stress-free as possible, our staff is trained to help applicants with setup, troubleshoot the exam platform, and securely upload their answers after the test.
